Telangana has total 32 Medical Colleges offering MBBS Course as on June 2019 among these 10 are Government Medical Colleges and 18 are private Un-Aided Non-Minority Medical Colleges and 4 are Private Un-Aided Minority Medical Colleges. In Telangana total number of 4600 MBBS Seats available in all Medical Colleges, among these 1550 MBBS Seats available in Government Medical Colleges , 2500 MBBS Seats available in private Non-Minority Medical Colleges and 550 MBBS Seats available in Minority Medical Colleges. Among these 1550 MBBS Seats in Government medical Colleges, 232 MBBS Seats goes to Under All India Quota, 1318 MBBS Seats goes to under Convenor Quota. Among 3050 MBBS Seats in private Minority and Non-Minority Medical Colleges 1525 MBBS Seats goes to Under Convenor Qouta( Category-A), 1068 MBBS Seats goes to Under Management Quota(Category B) and 457 MBBS Seats goes to Under NRI Quota(Category-C). All the seats at Minority College will be filled by the respective minority candidate and if particular Minority candidate is not available then the remaining seats will be filled by general candidates.

Types of Telangana NEET 2018 Cutoff

Telangana MBBS cutoff  2018  for Government  and Private Medical  Colleges  can be classified in  following  Quotas:

For Government Medical Colleges: All Government Medical Colleges have  two types of Cutoffs

  1. 15% All India Quota Cutoff: The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of MCC releases the  Telangana All India Quota MBBS  cutoff  college-wise and category-wise  in online mode for the students selected under 15% All India Quota seats.
  1. 85% State Quota Cutoff: Kaloji Narayna Rao University of Health Sciences , Telangana will be regulatory body releases the Telangana State Quota MBBS Cutoff college-wise, category-wise in online mode for the students selected under 85% State Quota Seats.

For Private Medical Colleges: All Private  Medical Colleges have three types of Cutoffs

  1. 50% State Quota Cutoff: Kaloji Narayna Rao University of Health Sciences , Telangana will be regulatory body releases the Telangana MBBS State Quota Cutoff college-wise, category-wise in online mode for the students selected under 50% State Quota Seats.
  1. 35% Management Quota Cutoff: Kaloji Narayna Rao University of Health Sciences , Telangana will be regulatory body releases the Telangana MBBS Management Quota Cutoff college-wise, category-wise in online mode for the students selected under 35%  Management Quota Seats.
  1. 15% NRI Quota Cutoff: KNR Kaloji Narayna Rao University of Health Sciences , Telangana will be regulatory body releases the Telangana MBBS NRI Quota Cutoff college-wise, category-wise in online mode for the students selected under 15%  NRI Quota Seats.

TELANGANA MBBS  FEES STRUCTURE IN GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGES -2019

Telangana State – HM & FW Department Fixation of the fee structure for the students admitted into Professional Courses for the academic year 2019-20 – Orders – Issued.

                      Tuition Fees per Year in all Government Colleges is  RS. 37,500/-

                       Tuition Fees Per Year In ESIC Medical College  is  RS. 24, 000/-

University Fee: The selected candidates shall pay non – refundable University fee of in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences” payable at Warangal, as given below.

Note:

  • The candidates selected against Management Quota Category-B & C (NRI Quota) Seats shall pay the tuition fee fixed for management Quota seat on the day of reporting in the form of Demand Draft in the name of the Principal of the respective college on the day of admission to the college. If the candidate fails to pay the tuition fee within the time of joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.
  • Registration and Processing fee is Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousands only) Bank transaction charges extra.

Note:

Candidates are informed that they have to attend for counseling with DD towards the university fee on the day of selection / counseling and on allotment should submit the DD and obtain allotment letter. If the candidate does not attend the counseling with Original Certificates and DD towards the university fee he/she will not be permitted for on-line counseling. Candidates have to pay the tuition fee at the time of admission at respective colleges. If the candidate fails to pay the tuition fee at the concerned college within stipulated time the admission will be cancelled automatically. 6. The selected candidates shall submit bank guarantee for remaining period of study.

Notes:-

  • Tuition fee is payable annually for four academic years.
  • The students who were admitted into the course prior to 2019 shall continue to pay every year same annual fee at the rate existing at the time of their admission till they complete their course.
  • The student shall pay the same tuition fee for the entire course period, as paid at the time of admission.
  • The Institution shall collect the tuition fee every year in advance only for that particular year.
  • The managements of the institutions may seek Bank Guarantee for tuition fee chargeable for every succeeding year.
